Treating Customers Fairly

We have procedures and systems in place that allow us monitor our performance and ensure that if any errors are made when dealing with a customer, then we put them right immediately and take steps to ensure these errors do not happen again. In addition, we can assure you of the following in all of your dealings with us:
  • We endeavour to keep all of our customers updated about the process of their application
  • We train all of our staff to uphold and deliver on TCF at every contact with the customer
  • We act upon complaints immediately and promise a response to any complaint within 24 hours
  • We do not not use jargon and ensure all of our product literature and marketing is in clear, easy to understand English.
  • We do not charge any upfront fees to customers, ensuring that if their application does not proceed then they will not have incurred any costs.
  • We do not offer advice as to the suitablity of any loan product
